Connected the lcd cable upside down.

Hi everyone!

Couple days ago I changed the housing including the keyboard and also the lcd assembly. As stupid a s I am I connected the lcd cable upside down and powered up the macbook. After a couple seconds I heard the "gong" but had no image on the screen. It's not only the backlight, I get really nothing on the screen. Tested the old lcd and also an external screen. Nothing will work..... Which parts can I check? And is there a possibility to swap the SSD with an newer macbook? (A1465)
