Hi there, I was wandering if it is possible to change the colour of a home button , so I can keep the home button synchronised to the logic board, while changing the colour of the screen and the battery housing.
Any thoughts would be appreciated!!

No your home button needs to stay is original color or else Touch id wont work if you try a diffrent color home button flex only the home button will work but you wont have the fingerprint if you decide to change it turn off your finger prints erase them and install the aftermarket home button. Just be careful when you update or restore you will need the original home button to do that.

You can get just the cover for the home button thats various colors

Just remember you have an id system that may not jive with the new button it may be a good idea to test it before gluing the screen back on

will the touch ID still work if i change this?
Not sure sometimes it does sometimes it wont read that's why i suggested trying it before you glue the screen
