Power saving mode on the galaxy tab 4

Help, my tablet is stuck in power saving mode with hidious black and orange colors. It's just over 90 days new. Never been dropped or mishandled. It was sent out to Samsung a few weeks ago with it stuck in an update loop, notcharging, and the wi-fi button wouldn't turn on, all were replaced, now a new issue.
