i need help my phone is going alright and sudenly i click on a app on my phone and it wont open it would keep closing so i turn it off and when i turn it back on it wont turn on the little show that shows of lg it keeps going and going and i have to take the battery off and it will still not work. (and my wifi wont work until a while)

Ensure the device is powered off.
Press and hold the Volume Down button and the Power button until the System recovery screen is displayed then release both buttons.
Select Safe mode.
Note Use the Volume buttons to highlight the option, then press the Power button to select.
The device starts up with Safe mode displayed in the lower left.
Note This may take up to 1 minute to complete.
Then unistall the application you click and shut off your phone.
Then Turn on your phone and let me know the results.
