Hi,
According to this link, error code dl is a lid lock switch error.

Here is a link which shows how to repair a lid switch assembly.

To determine if the lid switch assembly is defective, use a multimeter to test the lid switch for continuity. If the lid switch does not have continuity, replace it.

A bit of wd40 near the lock switch and a bit of a fiddle fixed my problem

Tried unplugging.. holding the pause/start button numerousbtimes.numerous times.. still no connection.. what's wrong now?
HI there is a switch above the locking device looks like a magnet control switch H4212S could this be the problem.The locking switch is good.
