Xbox One Controller plugged in and freezes on last input command

Hey, my xbox one controller has been giving me some issues. First when using it wirelessly the home button would flash and would continue to do so for 10 seconds up to a couple minutes. This would cause my xbox to say I lost internet connection from my router. Plugged an ethernet cable directly from my modem to my xbox and unplugged the router all together and it still continued to have the same problem. Went and bought a new controller and still had the same problem. Used the usb cable that comes with the controller and plugged it in now it freezes on the last input command, ex. ( clicked the a button to jump in a game and it makes me continually jump for 10 seconds up to a couple minutes. I went through five different people at microsoft updating and reseting my console, to assigning the controller. If anybody has a slightest idea or suggestion I'm more then open to them. Thinking I may need to replace RF Module.
