Speakers and vibrator are not working after rear case replacement

I just change the rear case and I dont know why, the speakers and the vibrator doesn't work. It works with headphones. I checked all the connections and everything seems to be ok. If anyone can help me it would be great.

I can only begin to imagine that you've either not connected something properly or you've damaged something, during the repair. Triple check your connections. Here's some parts
