No sound after power ON device.

Hi. After replace of miniUSB port (was broken by drunk friend) i find another problem, chip AIC3254 (DSP sound controller programmable) was damaged (short circuit) and motherboard was too hot. After changing to NEW AIC3254 still no sound. Device power on, but no start up sound. PC and other devices conecting without problem. Please HELP!!! I dont know what to do next. Thanks.
