My camera's battery compartment door will not close?
When I attempt to close my battery compartment door, it will not close and lock. What do I need to do? Is the part replaceable?

When closing the compartment, be sure:
- that you are using force to close the door, a spring in the door will not allow it to swing shut on its own.
- that no part of the battery is protruding from the door.
- that when you are closing the compartment, the door is shut and then slid forward to be officially locked into place.
If this problem persists, you can find a replacement door on ebay for around $6-$10.

My D750 battery door will not stay closed. It's the thin clip in the camera that has broken, not the door or clip on the door. It's the bit that sits in the camera.
Cannot find it anywhere., It's a simple screw in part too.
