1 Need help replacing case locking closures
I just bought a used upper and lower case for an iBook G4 12". I plan to remove the upper and lower clasp assemblies and install them in my working iBook G4. I have already torn it down all the way to replace the HD and it worked great with the ifixit steps. Should I have to once again tear the computer completely apart to replace the clasps? These are the clasps that enable the computer to snap shut and stay closed.
