Suddenly my screen has turned black and I can only see 'no recent applications' and 'power off' and 'restart'.
What is the problem and how can it be solved?

Hi. So I can hear my screen it vibrates when charging n my watch makes a noise when I swipe my finger across it but the screen is black? What's going on here?
