Wires for optical and HDD ripped out of contact.

I followed the instructions for a later model and thus ripped out the wires for the optical drive and the Hard drive when I ejected the main body from the case.

What's the best way to replace these, small, tiny wires? The two wires are dual-wired and very flimsy.
