3ds backlight/ overheating problem

My 3ds boots but the top screen backlight is not working ( i can see That the screen works if Shine à light on it) after 5 minutes the 3ds turns off makeing à poping sound and gets very hot.

The problem is not in the flat cable since i put the mobo in an working 3ds and got the same problems.

I hope Someone can help me.
