Memory in internal SD card shows full

My phone is showing error as " Internal SD card is full, please delete useless files, otherwise..."

I have deleted almost all apps, messages are NIL still i cannot receive any messages nor i can download any new app in my phone. Phone storage shows 2.2 mb free and device storage shows 50% memory free i.e. available : 6.3 GB out of total 12.6 GB.

Please suggest what to do?? I do not get the time to visit the service center. Please help...

Is your phone encrypted or not? after the deletion of apps and messages did you tried to restart your phone?
