Upper LED replacement issues

I was very precise in my reassembly, which overall did take much longer than 30mins. Upon recharging and turning the device on... I do have back lights coming on both screens! But nothing operating. My IR board is positioned correctly (I followed another videos guide). What other possible cables/setup could be loose or not connected? All lights work for charging, wifi, on indicator... Just no system startup.
