We have a 3015dn that is getting stuck when it boots up at 5/6 and D/F.
Logging in on the web it shows a 49.5001 error. There are no jobs to it and I have restarted it several times. What steps should I try now and what could be the cause?

from what i read it could be a firmware issue or a maintenance issue, there are a few thing the people listed here that might fix this error by holding down a button and doing other steps, this might help, most of the time though printer issues are caused by wear and tear or it needing updates

I know this is old however I work in an enterprise level environment and can say that 9 times out of 10 this always comes back to a stuck printer job
The easy way to diagnose is
Power off printer
unplug network cable
Power printer back on
If the error comes back its in the printer if not find the PC that is sending the job and end it
