LCD Refurb - Cleaning causing dead zone(s)

I am in the process of learning how to refurbish an LCD for a Galaxy S5.

Taking the screen off the phone is no problem, removing the glass is no problem, removing polarize when needed is no problem, but when I clean the LCD once the polarize is removed, I get a dead zone(s).

I take extreme safety precautions by protecting the flex along the top of the LCD and make sure I do not drown the LCD in the adhesive remover. I also test LCD in between every step to track progress and it is always in cleaning that I run into this problem.

Applying new polarize, oca, and glass has not been an issue.

Running LCD through an autoclave is not problem as I am still messing with time and heat to keep small bubbles out.

Can anyone shed some light of the dead zone issue I am having?

Any information would be greatly appreciated as these LCDs are not cheap and I can not afford to continue without a resolution.

Thanks!
