Want to replace my mirror

Recently I have found some scratches on my mirror. I don't know how I did this. I want to change my mirror only not the whole box. Is it possible to change only mirror glass. If possible then how much does it take to replace????

you can buy a mirror box assembly on eBay, which is what I did .

I then removed the mirror and the mask from underneath the mirror and I then replaced the two items into the camera.

I have worked on a few of these cameras and getting parts is almost impossible. If you find them it will probably be on EBAY from a unit that is no longer functional. It would probably be more time effective and cheaper in the long run to just send it to Nikon for service. Taking this thing apart and getting to the mirror assembly is a 10/10 difficulty. Replacing the mirror is not for the inexperienced.
