He did not inform or tell me what was going on with mainboard. But is it related to capacity 32gb? Is capacity 32gb virtual on mainboard?

There is some sideways stuff being done in the name of "fixing iCloud" If I had to guess, he didn't fix anything and just replaced the logic board in your device with one that isn't iCloud locked then sold your locked board on ebay as a parts board to recoup the cost of the board he put in your device. Does the serial number in the device match the serial number on the back of it?
