Hi there .I had the same problem trying to get a part for my big jambox even phoned jawbone customer services they couldn't help .They said in Northern Ireland they don't have parts stocked .I don't know about other parts of the uk.Even looked on the jawbone website with no success.Your best bet is to buy the full unit and take the part you need of the unit .You can buy on ebay big jambox faulty normaly with a bluetooth problem.Its a bit hit and miss what price you will pay for one sentence they are up for auctioned starting price at 0.99p . For example I bought the full unit for £12.00. And an hour later on a other auction I bid on one and it sold for £30.00.But I'm pretty sure the part your looking for will cost a lot more than that.If you can find a part somewhere else.I Hope this is some help to you.

Sorry I should have mentioned on the above message i posted.The ebay seller will list the exact fault with the big jambox.As I mentioned before it's normally a Bluetooth fault.Paul.

I have a Big Jambox, Jawbone Model-J2011,SNJ201124410679D1The power plug came loose and tore up the board and all the foil with it, so where can I get a new board, I tried to trace out the board no good .The board has a number on it if that is any help (JAMBERRY_Side_Rev-A 701-00007-A
I have looked all over the place no good.

Same here, I need the exact same board to fix mine as well,
The heaphone female jack need to be replaced, I intend to change out the whole board. Please contact me if any one finds the circuit board

If you guys could send me photos of your boards, I really don't think you need to replace the whole board if it is just the AC power post that is amiss...I did some edits to the instructions in this regards...perhaps they weren't approved as they were rather wordy and stream-of-conscious (i.e. unedited) but I did include some rather good photos of AC power posts and where to order them and how to use any AC power post that fits your cord plug (which is easy to modify as well) AND fits in the given space allotted for the AC power post AND has the 3 contacts (+, - & ground) oriented similar to the original AC power post contact connections as these are fairly easy to modify. I even included a photo of my installation of a salvage AC power post in my Big Jambox.
Ebay has parts get them while they last.

I have a spare red Jawbone Big Jambox that I am going to part out because there seems to be enough people on here need parts...the only part I know I don't have is the outer grill/casing. I also figured out a way to replace the AC power plug PCB post with just about any post but am in a rush now...however, please feel free to gmail me at jasonedwardkirk regarding anything herein...cheers!

sorry but I had a family emergency and I am now back on email should anyone still need the red Jawbone Big Jambox I am selling for parts...it is missing the battery...also, I have a BRAND-NEW in the box Jawbone Mini Jambox (graphite) that retail for $80 that I would be happy to work into the deal or sell separately...anyway, I am back in touch with cyberspace, email, etc....jasonedwardkirk at g mail...oh, and I hope to make a video of how I replaced my AC power post onto the PCB of my Big Jambox, too

Look on ebay. Are you looking for the plastic power button or the actual charging board. Just search Big Jambox parts and you will see alot of parts. If you dont see what you are looking for message the seller redstalun.

Hi Jason, I have a Big JamBox purchased back in 2012 of which I'm pretty sure the battery life is over having tried to charge it many times..checked battery voltage..zero..contacted Jawbone..they wouldn't give me a live expectancy on the battery or sell parts, basically directed me to their website and a atta boy to close the case.probably because I'm a technician and I'll figure it out..I didn't have a whole lot of luck finding a battery should I just keep searching?
if you can´t find the battery, can you sell me the charge port?, please Peter Edson

I have a Big Jambox model -- J2011 / serial # J201123003809D1. The unit works but doesn't work via the battery. It needs to be plugged in all the time. I assume the battery is not working anymore.
Where can i get this battery to buy so it can be replaced??
