Automatically erased recent data
Dear Sir after switch off whenever I turned on my handset Blackberry Z10, the recent data & logs automatically erased or vanished. Please provide the assistance.

does it change date and time? have you experienced wrong time appears on the phone when it turn without sim card? (offline mode)
