bootloop camera failed an wifi problems

So my phone go's into bootloop upon any kind of power down my camera says warning camera fail an I can't get my WiFi to scan I can turn it on but the switch doesn't turn green until I press back but when I click back on to that page it is back to white I tried the reflash thing but I couldn't find the original os my model is galaxy s5 sm-g900v an during a call the only way I can talk is through speaker phone
