Changing a cartridge in my printer.

My Epsom NX230 printer will not print red. I notice that Magenta and Cyan are not low...but Cyan has a mark through it. I can change the cartridges most of the time, but don't know how to go about changing this Yellow Jaune. I need to get the cartridges to move out so I can change this one.
