Can't connect to my pc! need download and instructions

Can't connect to my PC! The Boost store put the SD card behind the battery, so I moved it to the slot door on side. Then I had to replace it, but it has never worked right! Downloaded the sdcardupdate, but the zip file shows it is corrupt! Need to begin again!
