After replacing the glass/digiti twice, digitizer is still not working

The glass of my tab 3 7.0 was broken so I bought a new glass/digitizer.

It didn't work so I bought another one from a different provider.

It didn't work either.

I have to say that I have performed a soft reset and factory reset to the tablet.

I have even checked the digitizer pins with my microscope and I can't see no signs of physical damage.

Voltages are ok, pins are perfectly clean. battery is fully charged and working perfect.

Board has been professionally cleaned twice.

Everything works perfect but the digitizer.

Hope anyone out there could help me out.
