cursor does not work
hello i got a samsung303C12 chrome book and the cursor does not work and can not get to do any thing

Try a factory reset first. Sometimes the chromebooks just give-up and need a fresh start. if that doesnt fix it and if your a little tech savvy take the bottom plate off and remove the battery, the trackpad is accessible under the battery. Re seat the ribbon cable at both ends. If that doesnt fix it then you might have to replace the track pad.
