Not able to make calls only 4g apps like whats app work

Unable to make calls , but able to text use Whatsapp for messaging and make calls also. Not sure what the problem . This started after I dropped my phone once nothing cracked on the screen. I found that when I change my phone to 3g it does not find my network only LTE or Wireless connections. Any suggestions would help.
