How do I fix iPad with white codes on side of screen?

After I had the screen replaced and backlight fixed. The iPad fires up, once I've put it into recovery mode, but freezes with the apple logo with white data codes down the side of the screen and laptop says iPad could not be found. Is there a fix for this?

The magnified picture is of a diode which has a crack on it but, I can find a replacement anywhere, any help would be much appreciated, thanks.
