Disk is having issue's downloading files. Problems with Sync. files;

This 8.1 Acer Aspire 1V computer is just a few months old and am having problems. I receive a error code:80070070 and also can not down load any type of file or my anti-virus soft ware installed. Am using Google Chrome as my search engine and home page. I have tried many things but am afraid to delete files that may be important. Am a older person who just gets by with all this new age computer and how to use them. I still have my warranty as it has not been a year.
