What happens If I plug the SIMremoval tool to the top hole?

So there is a little hole on the top of the phone, i guess a Mic. I have used the SIM removal tool in that hole (little forcably) - i wonder what might i have destroyed.

Any chance it has anything to do with the LTE receiver?
