What's the best way to fix small gouges to the metal?

There are 2 small gouges right next to each other at the bottom of the phone, they are not very big but are deep enough to have taken the paint off, exposing the aluminium underneath. I have the copper version of the phone so what I want to know is whether there is a way to possible fill the holes with some kind of epoxy or resin and then paint over it with a similar as possible colour?
