On switch, Volume, headphone PCD Missing

I bought a replacement screen/digitzer. The new screen does not have the pcd/switches on it.

How do I remove the pcd/switchs from the old screen to the new? I can unscrew the metal piece that holds the switches/headphone jack,how do remove the pcd/plug without damaging it?
