1 Internal Memory crashed and phone not switching on
hi, i have some issues with my iphone 5s 16gb. I have been facing some blue screen of death and the phone restarting several times. After some weeks, the phone stopped switching on and sometimes it would just restart on the apple logo. I sent it for repairs and i was told that the internal memory has crashed. Can you please help me and tell me if it can be changed. Many thanks

I sent my iphone for repairs but every1 trying to repair says it cannot be repaired. when i turn on my iphone it shows the apple logo for some seconds and then gets a black screen, and when i put it in recovery mode itunes says some Restore errors 4005. Can u please give me an idea of what happened.
