Voice Receiver issue / replacement
The voice receiver in my Iphone 4S does not pickup my voice when I use the phone in normal hand held mode (phone to ear). If I put the speaker mode on the receiver picks up my voice just fine. Factory resets and software updates have had no affect. Looking for information on what to try or which part to replace.
Faulty bottom microphone? Check if there is some dust/dirt barrier on it.

I cleaned out the charger port and tried to clean that end of the phone up as best as possible...this did not make a noticeable change. There is an apple store about 70 miles from me that I will stop in at when I get a chance...this seems like a software issue to me.
