1 My is my device not turning on?
I have tried to turn on the device plugged in and there seems to be no response from the device.

If your device does not turn on it could either be a battery issue, or a malfunctioning power button. If the power button is broken, a quick replacement should solve the issue. If it is the battery it could either be wiring issues or a burnt out battery that would require replacement and re-wiring.
