2005 Ford Focus ZX5 rear end wobbles on sharp left corners?

i have a 05 foucs , just put winter tires on . spun balanced, about 2 weeks later i get a Terrible Wobble in the rear end to the Left and right ONLY when making sharp left corners like getting off a off ramp from the turnpike, if feels like the problem is coming from the right rear wheel, i changed the bearing and hub and still doing it, the swaybar bushings look fine, can anyone please please help
