Screen won't turn on after glass replacement
I recently replaced the glass on my wife's iPad and after I got it on the screen stopped turning on though I know it still works as a alarm went off after I attempted to turn it back on

If the iPad wasn't properly powered off during the screen replacement, the backlight for the LCD may have been blown. Have a close look at the display and check for a dim image,otherwise it is possible that the LCD connector was not properly reconnected.

As brian said, you may have turned it on by accident.
Try giving a hard reset. That should (hopefully) fix it pretty easy
