Removing the screen from frame assembly

I just purchased a screen replacement that came in a frame assembly that isn't compatible with the WiFi + 3G version of the Kindle Paperwhite.

If I could remove the screen from the frame assembly and swap it with the replacement screen that would fix my issue. Is it possible to do that without damaging the screen? I haven't been able to find guides anywhere that cover that.
