I use samsung galaxy note 3..When i make an outgoing call i couldnt hear anything nor the peeople on the other end can hear me.

I reset my phone and in a day i got the same problem..I restarted the phone and it was ok and in few hours I got the same problem.

Take it back to the store if it happens in all areas, it sounds like its a PRL or carrier issue.
