Can I use M6Pro SSD to replace the original HDD?

i am worrying about the following things, if you can help me to clear them, it would be very appreciated!

1. Will the fan lose control and get 100% spinning?

2. Is the original HDD port default sata3 so i can replace it using SSD directly?

3. In M6Pro SSD, there is a holder for 2.5 to 3.5. DO i just need that?
