WiFi signal strength and antenna

Anyone know if I can attach a Rocket USB antenna which I bought from So!wise. It has a standard USB connector so I suppose I would need an adaptor to fit the mini USB port on my nexus7.

That sounds like an extremely bad idea to me. It is an android device not a PC.
