1 My device won't go to sleep
When the device times out after the screen is inactive or when I try to put it to sleep with the power button, the screen goes black and then it displays a looped video advertising the tablet. The brightness for it is all the way up, and it lessens the battery life a ton. Is there some way to turn this off?
Mine just started doing this too. Very annoying. Need some help.
