HP Photosmart C7250 AIO Printer keeps jamming?

The paper keeps jamming on the feed-in with my HP C7250All-in-One. I have to remove the back roller to free it each time. Doesn't appear to be anything wrong with the back roller. I can't seem to disconnect the paper tray to take a look at it to see why it keeps jamming. Any suggestions?
