Hello dear,
I dropped my MotoX XT1052 today morning.
The screen were blinking with some colors and lines, then went to black screen.
Although everything is working fine.
I can unlock, receive calls using touch.
So which part do I need to replace?

Unfortunately the screen and lcd are bound together with adhesive. You will need to replace both... You might as well get a new phone like the dev edition of it and put on any custom back or buttons.

You may have rattled the internals. You might be able to take it apart and reconnect it. Sometimes it will disconnect, at least with iPhones. A cable may be loose though. You can just return it if its under warranty though, they should replace it.
