Why won't my phone charge?
The battery will not power the phone correctly.

Phone batteries age: if the battery life got lower and lower to this point, this simply indicates the battery needs replacement. Hit eBay for super cheap usually-kinda-ok batteries shipped straight from China. All such sellers like about capacity, but it's still better than a dead old battery.

After doing some research, I found the answer to my own question. The power source and charger could be bad or the battery may need replacement. More information can be found on the Kyocera Marbl K127 Toubleshooting Page and it might also be a good idea to look in to Battery Replacement.
