Hey everyone,
I see that there are several guides for replacing parts for the Nest Learning Thermostat, and I'm just curious where I can purchase them if something were to go wrong with mine in the future. Thanks in advance!

The Nest Learning Thermostat, comes with a limited warranty. Nest Labs, Inc. warrants that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years or one year for Factory Refurbished Products form the date of the original retail purchase. This is stated within the the documentation that comes with the Nest and goes into further detail. Nest labs will replace items out of warranty but is subject to there discretion.

I tried to find a replacement part on eBay and other sites. No success. Call customer support after I read your post and they declined to sell me a replacement but offer a coupon for an upgrade.
My Nest is working perfectly but now it's a paperweight. How long did you have your nest before losing the base?
