Yes, Apple uses a dual voltage power supply 120/220v. I would strongly recommend using a UPS if you have questionable power (lights flicker or get dim). Even here in the states we have bad power to the point we have UPS's at the field offices (trailers at work sites) and even in the offices the engineering stations do as well as the risk of loosing a days work is too risky.
