Ive recently changed the front camera and proximity sensor from my iphone 5, first i used a part that i ordered from amazon, changed it following the instructions, and proximity sensor is not working, i thought i might be a faulty part so i ordered one from ifixit.com. tried one more time changing the part but still no luck, the front camera works just fine tho, dont know why might be causing it and i really need my proximity sensor to work, any help is appreciated

At that time, you need to check the relating FPC connector on motherboard. If it's not faulty part, it maybe faulty connector.

In same condition of Abel...this is the second proximity sensor that I try.
I've lost my hope to fix this benedect proximity sensor!
