Upper screen backlight on but no video feed

My Nintendo 3DS has upper screen with backlight turned on, but displays no image.

The upper screen was replaced and the newer one shows the same behavior.

The wifi-related-solution was inspected but do not works.

The only strange thing is the constant presence of the 3D led always on even if I change the position of the 3d cursor.

Do you have any idea?

I had the same issue, lower screen fine, upper scree black with BL on. The old screen had no Video, just a black stripe of 1cm and the rest was black. I brought it to ABCDATA in Cologne, Germany. They could fix it, in my case the gyro sensor chip hat to be resoldered. It still works like a charm.
