I dropped my iPhone 5c in water but I didn't think it was messed up until my screen and camera started to not work. So I opened it. Took out the logic board. Submerged the logic board in rubbing alcohol. And the. I reassembles the phone. Now it will not turn on. I have replaced the battery' the screen, and the charging/headphone. What should I do?

Assuming you did a good cleaning probably have bad components on the motherboard.
Just be sure that your parts you replace are good, attempt to disassemble the phone and connect outside from the Husing only the battery, charging dock and screen and then connect it to the charging if the logick are ok it will turn on if not you have problem on the logic board
